Left-hander Fawad Alam has become first Pakistani batter in the last 28 years to have finished the Test without batting, bowling, catching.

<br/> According to statistician Mazher Arshad, Fawad is the first Pakistani batter after Asif Mujtaba to have finished a Test doing nothing.
<br/>
<br/> "Fawad Alam is first Pakistan player in 28 years to go a complete Test without batting, bowling, catching. Last was Asif Mujtaba vs New Zealand in Wellington in 1994," he wrote.
